本公司由上海明太集团和美国 K-C 公司合资建设，项目总投资 2 、 4 亿元，占地面积 300 亩主要利用市域境内丰富的萤石粉、高岭土等原材料采取先进技术进行深精加工，生产无机氟盐（俗名冰晶石）。目前，项目一期已全面开工建设，预计 9 月建成投资，项目全面建成后，年可生产 60000 吨冰晶石，年产值可达 4 、2 亿元，可创税收 4000 万元左右，可安排劳动力业 800 余人。
